lime with a twist
lime with a twist

Bit by the travel bug at a young age and there's no end in sight.

I'm a melting pot.  My father was first-generation Italian-American, my mother is a Bajan and myself - I was born in South Korea.

My first flight was at 3.5 months old when I was adopted and came to the US to meet my amazing parents.  Every summer was spent in Barbados with my mom's family and it's my second home.  It's not the only place I traveled, we spent a lot of our time traveling and as I've gotten older, I've continued to do so on my own.

Nowadays I travel a lot more for work than pleasure.  But over the years, I've been to some amazing places, found delicious hole-in-the-wall restaurants and experienced some of life's simplest pleasures. So when I decided I finally need to put all my travels on paper, I knew I needed to include a little bit of the Bajan flare in the name. The word "lime", yes - it's a fruit or the material you spread on your yard, but to a Bajan it means something a little different.

lime / liming - to hang-out, chill, or relax somewhere with others.

So, here's to sharing with you all some of the great places I've been liming.
